Returns & Refunds
Because our products are digital, all sales are final once a file is downloaded or a template is copied to your Drive.
We’re happy to help in these cases (within 7 days of purchase):
- Duplicate purchase (accidental double charge).
- Wrong item delivered (we’ll correct or refund).
- File issues (corrupted/locked/doesn’t open) that we can’t resolve promptly.
- Not as described, with reasonable proof (screenshots/details).
How to request support/refund:
Email support@openworksheet.com with your order ID, product name, and a short description (screenshots if possible). We aim to respond within 24–48 hours.
